Brenda guides a mindful yoga class for all levels, integrating body movement with inner focus. Each class will lead you through centering practices with breath-work, postures to gently strengthen your body, and meditation to ease stress and find inner calm.

Carmen teaches an all levels yoga classes with a focus on alignment and breath with the integration of strength and movement. Modifications and progressions are always provided to assist each student in creating a greater sense of body awareness, and how the shapes and movements can affect these.
Carmen has been teaching for over ten years, having completed her first 200hr YTT in Edinburgh Scotland in 2007, in the Ashtanga tradition. Since this time she has continued to explore, experience and train in a variety of yoga methods, and other movement practices.
Sara teaches all-levels alignment-focused classes, with attention to breath and mindful exploration of the postures. Classes are open to both new and more experienced students.
A graduate of TAYS 500-hour yoga teacher training and both a 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training and Therepeutic Yoga Training with Hart Lazer, Sara continues to deepen her study of yoga. Her goal is to create a supportive, safe and joyful environment for people to experience the many benefits of practice.

This restorative class begins with a few gentle stretches before laying down with your pillows and blankets for the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra and the soothing tones of Himalayan singing bowls. Each class ends with a seated sound meditation. If laying down is uncomfortable for you, you are welcome to experience this class seated in a chair. It is truly accessible to ALL!
